Contact Form Novice

Hello. I’ve noticed any messages I receive via my website, I don’t receive anything to my email address to notify me. I’ve also noticed it says “1 configuration error detected in this tab panel” and the error is the FROM field in which it has “[your-name] <ndhfit@gmail.com>” and it also has this odd email address (ndhfit@gmail.com) in the TO field. Unfortunately I’m not a WordPress expert and so without step-by-step instructions and screenshots, I’m not sure what to do in case I mess up the form. What do I need to do in order to get notifications to my email address and resolve this configuration error? If it helps, I got the form with the Orion G5Theme. Thank you kindly.
