Contact form not tranfered

Hi,

In my English contact page is : [contact-form-7 id=”802″ title=”Contact”] but is appearing the contact form in Spanish.

In my Spanish contact page is : [contact-form-7 id=”798″ title=”Contacto”] . This looks like correct.

Apart from that, I have integrated reCAPTCHA v3 and although it says “active for this site”, you can confirm that it is active for pages in both languages, right?

I wanted to send you a screenshot but I don’t see how to send it to you.

I have got my English contact form page of my WordPress in front of me and I can see the words English, Contact, [contact-form-7 id=”802″ title=”Contact”] and
<label> Name
[text* your-name] </label>

<label> Email
[email* your-email] </label>

<label> Subject
[text your-subject] </label>

<label> Message
[textarea your-message] </label>

[submit “Send”].

For this, I can’t understand why on my website appears in another language.

I don’t understand either your question. I created a new contact form, wrote the title, added the shortcode, modified the words of the contact form and click on save.
