Contact form not sending

I have a contact form on my website, using the Maxima theme from Good Layers, and the contact page doesn’t send the e-mail, even though a box pops up saying it has sent it successfully.

I’ve double checked to make sure the e-mail is correct, and it is, but nothing sends.
