When in FileBox settings the window “Upload File Directory” input is empty, it uploads files by default in wp-content/uploads/ folder.If you need to set some more folders you just need to write the folder name with a slash after each directory name.
As to “successfully sent a message”, go to your “Buttons” settings window in “Actions After Submission” choose “Print Success Message” for receiving the message.If it won’t help, you can contact to the support team via this email: info@huge-it.com.
Thank you so much for your response, solved with “successfully sent message” but stil have the problem with uploaded files – bad format or file does not exist (for all file formats).
If i put some new directory the file opens in wordpress and it says “file not found”, if i leave empty the file comes to my computer as downloaded file, when clicked. Still can’t get it work. I really need to contact your support team. Thanks for helping!
