Contact form error when sending on ipad

Hi there, I get the error “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the admin by another method” when sending a form on my ipad (another client had the same issue on his mac, so I’m guessing its a safari error)

I disabled all plugins, and switched to a default theme, cleared caches, and tested with ONLY contact form 7 enabled, and the issue persists.
