Contact Form 7 Set Field Widths with Inline CSS?

Hi

I’d like to put the contact form in the right hand side bar as part of a widget.

I notice that the default field widths vary a lot on Contact Form 7. I.e the message field shows narrower than the name and email fields.

Is there a way I can use inline CSS and past the text either into Contact Form 7 or as code into the text section of the widget to make the fields the same width and not too wide – as they currently extend wider than the design of the wordpress page – e.g. http://www.amzpro.co.uk/articles/video-create-great-amazon-product-titles/

The reason I’d like an inline solution is that I have found tweaking with the Zerif Lite theme in the past a bit unpredictable 🙂
