Contact form 7 Not Working

    Hi
    For some reason Contact Form 7 is not working and I didn’t know.

    I have disabled plugins and changed the theme and still not working.

    I can send an email to the email address set up in Contact Form 7 via Hotmail and it works so why isn’t the Contact form working now?

    Any ideas welcome.

    I just get the Thank you message and that the email has been sent but it’s not sent to my inbox.

    I am having the same problem except visitors are hitting send and then getting a blank page or getting the following error – and my form is up to date. HELP!

    Just installed version 5.1 and tried sending and I still don’t receive an email from the Contact Form.

    I need a contact form that works….

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I use Understrap theme and I have tried changing that and it still doesn’t work.

    I have disabled all the plugins apart fron Contact Form 7 and the Maintenance plugin and it still doesn’t work.

    I have installed WP Mail SMTP and set it up to use Sendinblue. If I do a test email to one of my outlook email addresses it sends the email but if I send it to my domain email address it sends it but I don’t receive the email.

    I tried a differrent contact form plugin and I get the same results.

    It’s driving me nuts now.

    My other website I built and manage, emails work OK with your plugin.

    Hi Mate
    My emails have just started to work and all emails sent are in the Spam/Junk folder and they weren’t there before or even earlier.

    My hosting provider must have done something to fix these issues.

    If they respond on Monday with what they did then I will post on here.

    I was informed today from my Hosting Provider who said they found Malware on my website so mail() was disabled.

    They should have informed me first that they done this but they didn’t and when I asked about this they said we don’t know why you weren’t informed. So how long was mail() disabled for without me knowing?

    Anyhow, I will have to do me checking in the future as I nearly lost a Sale.

    So if your Contact Form sends but the email wasn’t received then have you got Malware on your website and they have disabled mail()?

    Please check for Malware and get it removed and that will probably sort your Contact Form out.
