[Contact Form 7] Dynamic Email Content

Hi there
I am using contact form as an RSVP system as the rsvp plugins i’ve found don’t help me in this case.
On my form i have a radio button : yes and No.
If the user selects Yes and submits I want to send an email saying “thank you see you there”
If a user selects No then i want to send an email saying “sorry you’re not joining us”.

Has anyone managed this before?
