There could be other issues, may not be just to do with these 2 plugins.

Sorry for the panicked post yesterday. We just started working on a site for a new client. I installed this plugin because we us it on every site. Then the client called to tell us the forms stopped working and they were working before so I immediately thought there was a conflict between this plugin and CF7. However, after further investigation there is no conflict here. Just before we took over the site someone updated the other plugins on the site and one of these other plugins block anonymous rest api access, it was added to that plugin in the last release, and this is what caused the issue and had nothing to do with your plugin. The forms were probably not working for weeks.
