Contact Form 7 checkbox special setting

    Hello,

    By using Contact form 7 how can I setup the following:

    On the form checkbox:
    Apple Pear

    E-mail:
    If Apple is selected, the e-mail text the following: I like it.
    If Pear is selected, the e-mail text the following: That’s my favorite.
