Hi, we installed a contact form on our site, it worked for a couple of days, then started the problems: it seems not to work when you fill in the gaps, even if the data arrives to Flamingo database. So our clients who contact us think that the form doesn’t work and keep on filling it several times…. and it’s not a good thing for our brand!
How could we fix it?

Hello my friend, I believe you are creating your forms using normal html tags like <inputs> or <forms>.
In contact form 7, you must convert all of these tags to the correct Contact Form 7 syntax.
I suggest you take a look at these articles:

Also take a look at the version of the plugin and WordPress, if they are compatible.
And if possible disable most plugins to see if there is any conflict.
