Hi There,

I bought WordPress template from Pixelgrade (Rosa Template) and using Amazon web services for my website. I am using contact form 7 plugin and trying to submit it. But I am getting “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” message every time. Please give me documentation or solution. Anything would be much appreciated.

Hi Takayuki,

I gave my email address. Means I put my email address that I will get all the clients comments directly to my email Id.

Then whats the use of server?

Can you please tell me as early as possible.

disable template theme and retest if this works the theme is the problem go to the theme developer

try the contact form 7 template edit the email address to test

if you cut and paste code make sure you are using unformatted text
