    I put it in Dashboard – Contact – Contact Forms – Contact form 1 – Form Tab:

    <p>Your Message
    [textarea your-message] </p>
    [cf7sr-simple-recaptcha]
    <p>[submit “Send”]</p>

    Works a treat.
