- i am coming to UM from another plugin in which contact form was also provided, So now I have to use that other plugin for contact form, like to know if contact form will ever be a part on ultimate member.
3. can we customize the account page to show other items. Like order history, addresses, and other fields. Or profile page may show some other details. Like order history, business address, in which customer can edit those ?
4. Also while creating a registration page with option. We have one address only which is business address as well as shipping address. So we don’t want customer to input 2 address. So is an option that we do put one address only and check / uncheck for it to copy into shipping address like many places you might have seen. If shipping address is same just click
that way we satistify the woocommerce fields as well. So billing address gets where billing address is and shipping address gets where shipping address is in woocommerce
i have states and country as drop down menu but in woocommerce when customer selects Illinois as states and United States as country. Those field in woocommerce stay blank in user profile. Other fields gets data fine. I have meta keys set properly too.

On account page there are billing/shipping addresses and order history. On user page you could add billing/shipping fields. Also there is an your orders tab.
in the UM there is no way to copy billing to shipping address.
I dont have the info you said account page or profile page has,

On your last screen – your user page is the account page. This is wrong. The profile page must be user page (not the account one). Please change it.

I went to profile page, and when to tab where it says edit, I dont see order history, I dont think we can even edit the address there,

I thought you have a UM WooCommerce extension – https://ultimatemember.com/extensions/woocommerce/. Without it, there will be no these fields and woocommerce tab.
