Edit the chart. Go to Overlays > Marker > Add Marker. There you will be able to add Contact details. Example: http://prntscr.com/lj0dyw.
You can change the icon as well. Right now, only two icons are available.

Nope. Unfortunately, the plugin does not have this feature.

No. We do not plan to develop this as well. You can surely contact any other developer to complete this for you.

As per me, not really if you do not know how to develop Google Maps. But a developer can do this easily.
