contact 7 form

I am trying to use CONTACT 7 FORM to send emails from a dropdown menu. I am having real problem making this plugin to work for me. regarless the email selected (I have 3 emails for test) it always goes to just one email, my gmail account. Please help.

this is the code I implemented:
