Am a Astra-Pro user and I still cannot get help via support or basic posts that point out small issues with options.

I am sorry to hear that. However, we do ignore tickets.

I just looked into our support portal and found no open (unresponded tickets) of you.

Could you please share your ticket ID so that we can take a look?
