    I’m connected correctly and it’s working, but I’m having to synchronize EVERY time I log in. The synchronize button fixes it, but it didn’t used to do that. It just worked.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled, and then activate it again (this will delete all the plugin’s settings; please save them if needed).

    • Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    • Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    • Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in the WordPress Dashboard.
    • Then activate it.
    • Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
