Constantly changing forums and custom caps

I have look and search but am unable to figure this part out.

I have a site that will have 1-4 levels, and would like to use custom caps for sales people and give them a dedicated area where higher levels can come and ask questions, but that sales person can’t leave their specific forum.

My issue;
We will have a sales person(s) level 1, custom cap A, B section where he will be able to interact with clients, level 2 and up.

My issue here is how do add more sale person forums example, level 1 cc A, C for the next sales person, without having to go and add all of those custom caps to my previously exhisting level 2’s and up?

You can use the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin to add each ccap to whatever specific level(s) you choose.
