Constant unsuccessful backups, no support

I’ve been getting only the message “The backup attempt has finished, apparently unsuccessfully” from this plug-in, and after a lengthy search of the “Support” topics, apparently no way to send the log files to anyone who can tell me what’s going wrong. On a different Web site, it appears to work, and it sends the backups to Google Drive. On this one, nothing gets sent, and I can’t find any way to get any help from the forums to tell me what’s different, or wrong, with this one. Finally decided it’s not worth the trouble.
