What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
Try deactivating “Constant Contact Forms for WordPress”. The current Contact Form 7 plugin has its own Constant Contact integration module and you don’t need an extra plugin for that.
I disabled “Constant Contact Forms for WordPress”, and it didn’t make any difference.
I had originally used “Constant Contact Forms for WordPress” because it would send different forms to different lists, which CF7 could not do at the time that I first built the Web site. I thank you for adding this feature, but since I am not getting any additions to my Constant Contact lists at all, I have been unable to use it, so far. I would very much like to use one plug in for all forms, if I could.
The two plug ins worked side by side with no problems when I first built the Web site.
Wordpress warned me to upgrade from PHP 7.1.33 to PHP 7.3. Everything works, now. I finally have all the features I need in one plug in, and it’s CF7. Thanks for listening. Thanks for CF7.
It worked for about a week, and now it’s broken, again. One signup didn’t get added to Constant Contact at all. Another got added to Constant Contact, but was not added to any lists. CF7 is the only contact form I am using, now. I was very happy to get down to one plugin for contact forms, but now I’m not happy that is is not working correctly.
Stranger still. I tore down the integration connection and rebuilt, and now it works, again. I hope this is the last time I need to work with this.
