Constant Contact Event Widget Settings NOT WORKING

Hi we have a site and an account with constant contact and we added the widget Constant Contact Event Widget Settings and it keeps saying There are currently no events. But there are 6 events it should list.

WE also had an error on displaying events with short code eventspot but it was fixed by adding ?refresh=events.

Any suggestions with the widget
