    is it possible to add a consent checkbox to form for cancellation request? – I confirm that I wish to cancel the above-mentioned order.?

    Hi,

    it is possible yes, but why would that be necessary (in my opinion, I’m not a lawyer, this may even be be seen as making it more difficult to withdraw)?

    You may use the eu_owb_woocommerce_return_request_guest_form hook within the form to add additional fields. Use eu_owb_woocommerce_process_order_withdrawal_guest_request to validate your custom form fields.
