    hi , we have setup up everything coorectly , we selected the good facebook account, the good facebook page , the related pixel and even when all is well setted up we still got this error when we hit the fina button to connect : the error is written in french but you can translate easily i guess :

    “Une erreur s’est produite.

    Ceci peut se produire en raison d’une erreur technique que nous sommes en train de résoudre. Essayez de recharger cette page.”

    we’ve tried many times, we even tried the next day but still facinf the same error . we need a quick fix please . thanks

    Hi @conradca,

    Thanks for the report. Two things to narrow this down:

    • Was this store ever connected to Meta before, or is it a copy of a site that was a staging site, a clone, or a migration?
    • Please share your System Status report via PasteBin. You’ll find the Status report under WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support.
