Connector working – no objects are imported
-
Dear Team, we’ve installed (first of all) the free version of your Connector for Propstack and generated a v1 API-Key in our Propstack Account.
We’ve added four objects within Propstack to Immoscout24.de (and this works very well) – now we want to import these objects to our WordPress-Instance (via your Connector). When we use “import” the wizart starts working but no object is importet.
So here is our question: Which prerequirment is to be done / set in Propstack to make the object “exportable” for your connector (and all these for objects are set in the status “active marketing” and all are exported to immoscout24 …
What is “missing” to export it via the connector?
Kind regards, Sebastian

Hello,
thank you for your question and for your interest in our plugin.
To ensure the import works correctly, the first step is to verify that the permissions for the API key are set up properly. The API key (configured at https://crm.propstack.de/app/admin/api_keys) must have “Read” permissions enabled for both “Properties” (Objekte) and “Property Statuses” (Objekt-Stati). No other permissions are required for the retrieval process. This is also documented in the help section within the WordPress backend:

If no objects are retrieved even with these correct settings, the import filter might be too restrictive. Under Settings > Connector for Propstack > Objects, you can define the specific attributes for the properties you wish to import. I suspect you may have restricted the import to a specific property type for which you do not currently have any objects stored or published in Propstack. To test this, simply remove (deselect) all restrictions in these settings and run the import again.
The log found under Settings > Connector for Propstack > Logs may also be useful. It records any errors that occur, but also allows you to view individual import entries to track how many properties were found. Additionally, under Settings > Connector for Propstack > Advanced Settings > Debug, you can enable debug mode and limit the logged entries to the “Import” category to obtain detailed information about the import process. However, I recommend not leaving debug mode running permanently.
If any error entries appear in the log during the import, please feel free to share them here so they can be analyzed.
Hi @threadi , thank you for answering my support-question.
I moved through your ideas, but it does not work and – when I turned on the debug level I got even more wondering :-), because even when the GUI is talking about no objects imported” (after starting the import) the Debug-log shows the objects.

What is wrong on my settings?Kind regards, Sebastian
The resulting message also points you to your settings. What did you select under Settings > Connector for Propstack > Objects? The information here must match the objects you’ve made available for publication in Propstack. Feel free to provide a screenshot of these settings, but be sure to also verify that the objects are present in Propstack and have been approved for publication. Archived objects are ignored.
Example: If you have an apartment as an object, you should select “Apartment” under “Object Types to import” in the settings so that objects of this type are imported. Alternatively, you can leave the filter completely blank; in that case, the plugin will import all three object types supported by the free plugin, which are listed here. See: https://snipboard.io/L064f2.jpg
Please also note that only properties that have been approved for marketing in Propstack will be imported by the plugin. Properties of other types can only be imported using the Pro plugin.
Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from you in the last two weeks. Did it work? I’m marking this topic as resolved, but feel free to reach out anytime if you have any questions.
Hi @threadi , sorry to leave the ticket without a new comment but I had some vaccation days :-).
Back in business – still old problems ;-).
I’ve rechecked everything and upfront to tell my client to use the pro-version of your plug-in … it should work basically with the free-version.Rechecked:
* Is the API from propstack working with the API-key (yes :-)).
* Are the objects that are in “Aktive Vermarktung” part of the API-answer (yes :-)).
* Are every “filter” setting within your plug-in “unmarked” (yes :-)).
* Still NO import.
* All Objects that should be shown are from type “Kauf” and “Haus” – even if I marked these filter (https://snipboard.io/4X7ED8.jpg)… no import.
It is very frustrating to get the plug-in up- and running to show the client.
Here is a sniplet from the API we saved: https://we.tl/t-ZUe9DcFftiayjOzVMain question: Why this object is not imported via your plug-in?
Kind regards, SebastianBefore you continue, make sure you’re using the latest version, 2.0.0. This version includes several improvements to the object import process, so we strongly recommend updating.
Once you’ve installed the update, run the import again and check to see if anything has changed.
If the problem persists, go to Settings > Connector for Propstack > Advanced Settings > Plugin and enable debug mode there, if you haven’t already. Below that, you can select the category to debug. Select only “Import” here. Save these settings. Then run the import again, and you’ll be able to see exactly what the import is doing under Settings > Connector for Propstack > Logs.
You can also download the log, filtered for “Import”, as a CSV file and feel free to share it here for analysis.
Hi @threadi , we already had 2.0.0 in place and so the screenshot and the snilet (above) are still ready to use for analysis.
Can you give me a hint, if there is a mismatch within the filtersetting (nothing select vs. filter “Kauf”, “Haus”) … nothing is imported?I just took a look at your Object JSON. The object has the status “Aktive Vermarktung”. The free plugin expects the status “Vermarktung” – not “Aktive Vermarktung”. That’s why the object isn’t being imported.
You have two possible solutions:
a) Change the object status in Propstack to “Vermarktung” (spelled exactly like that). The object would then be imported immediately.
b) With Connector for Propstack Pro, any object status can be used. The plugin loads the individually maintained details and makes them available as filter options. Details: https://laolaweb.com/plugins/propstack-wordpress-plugin/
