By “created file” do you mean the file that Forminator created or that you have created? If you have created the file then it won’t work – Forminator (at least currently, it should be changed in future) would only work with a new file that it creates when you add integration to the form.
If above is not the case, then please take a look at submissions on “Forminator -> Submissions” page and check some of the submissions that weren’t added to Google Sheets.
When you enter such submission you should see at the very bottom some additional information related to Google Sheets integrattion so please check what it says there and let us know here.
