Connection lost, when i post or update

    Hello, today i update my Yoast plugin(Version 5.0.2) and problems started.. when i try to post or update my post i see:
    Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.

    i have to wait 4-5 minutes and then post was posted. When i disable Yoast plugin everything work normal.. so the problems start with new update of the plugin. Please fix this issue fast as possible because its annoying thing and i cant work normal.

    by the way i try to disable all plugins and keep only Yoast and problem continue.. i installed theme Twenty Seventeen and activate only yoast plugin and again problems continue.. so no problem with my theme, no conflict with other plugins.. just problem with the plugin.. i hope new update coming fast and fix

    Have you tried using another browser? Is it still the same? You may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies as well.

    yes i try with firefox and chrome…

    ok i make a test.. i bring back 5.0.1 again the same problem, i try with 5.0 again the same problem, and when i try with 4.9 everything work perfect… so all problems start with version 5 for now i will stay with 4.9 but its sad i cant use new versions.. they have to fix the problem

    @allgames We apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. Can you please disable the new text link counter feature directly from the Yoast SEO → Dashboard → Features (tab) to see if this resolves the issue?
