Connection issue

    Up until recently one of our sites was fully connected with Metricool but it’s now not connected. All other integrations are working fine (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) but the website isn’t. The plugin is installed and fully up to date but when I try to log in I receive the below error. When I then go to the Metricool dashboard I attempt to connect the site using the WordPress plugin and get stuck in a verifciation loop. I have followed the steps on the verification page like accessing the site in a private window and accepting cookies.

    Hi @websiteindigotree,

    Could you check whether you can still authenticate with your account via the Metricool application directly (https://app.metricool.com/)?

    I’ve tried to produce similar results and asked others to do so as well, yet I can’t get the same issue to appear; so I don’t have any accurate leads yet.

    Has anything else changed with regards to your setup that could be related? New (security) plugins for instance?
