    Thank you very much for reaching out to us! I’m really sorry our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end.

    I’m going to need a bit more information in order to further investigate. Would it be possible to let me know if you’ve encountered any errors while going through the setup process for our plugin? You can navigate at WooCommerce > Facebook > Connect and there’ll be a ‘Get Started’ button available if the setup process hasn’t been completed.
