Connecting to my SMTP plugin

    Hi

    I have an SMTP plugin running on my WordPress but I cannot find out where to connect the Newsletter plugin to it?

    It’s ok, I fixed this with the SMTP addon for Newsletter

    Hi, actually you don’t need the addon and I suggest removing it. When an SMTP plugin is installed, automatically all the emails generated by Newsletter are sent via that SMTP.

    Ah, ok, thanks. I couldn’t convince myself that it was going via the SMTP plugin that I have on there before.

    Hi, you can install “WP Mail Logging” to track all the mailing activity of WP (and plugins) or use Fluent SMTP that has a logging included (if I remember correctly), This way you should see if the emails generated by Newsletter are going through that SMTP.

    I do have the SMTP plugin “Post SMTP” which does log the email access.
