Hi, I’m trying to connect to Google console in the Integrations settings.

After I allow the connection, the process gets stuck, seems some kind of loop that never ends and the connection is never made.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting to Google Search Console.

Could you let me know at which step the connection process gets stuck? If possible, could you also share a screenshot (or even a short screen recording) of what you’re seeing? That would help me better understand what’s happening and resolve the issue more quickly.

I look forward to your reply.

    Kind regards,
    Shalin

    Hi Shalin,

    I have made a short video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1q7F-DJIX9VmMOdsZDZr852BKkILfQmJX/view?usp=drive_link

As you will see google says it already has certain rights given to Burst (that is since my first attempt). In any case, you will see where it gets stuck.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for sharing the Google Drive link to the short video. Unfortunately, I’m unable to access it. Could you please check the sharing permissions or provide a link with access enabled? That will help me take a closer look at the issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi Peter,

I’m glad to hear it’s working now!

If it started working on its own, it’s possible that a rate limiter was temporarily blocking the connection and later cleared itself. I can’t say for certain that was the cause, but it’s a likely explanation.

Since the issue appears to be resolved, I’ll go ahead and close this thread. If the problem comes back, feel free to reopen this conversation or create a new ticket—we’ll be happy to help.

Also, if it’s still possible to edit your earlier message, I’d recommend removing the Google Drive link or deleting the shared file. Otherwise, you may end up receiving a lot of spam access requests.

    Have a great day!
