    Hi,

I’m not sure if I need to ask this of PayPal support or Forminator support, but we’re having trouble getting PayPal linked up.

We found two keys, one a client ID and one a secret key, but we’re not sure whether they are the sandbox or live IDs, and we only have two. Where do we find the other two?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @bobdavcav,

I hope you’re doing great today!

You can get the keys from the Apps & Credentials page of PayPal Developer Dashboard, simply by switching between Live and Sandbox modes: https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/applications/

Check if the current mode is Live or Sandbox, and if it allows you to change between them: https://prnt.sc/A27U5tuV0pAT

In order to access credentials for both Live and Sandbox modes you need to have a business account. You can upgrade to business account here.

When you have your business account created, you should be able to select either Live or Sandbox mode in the developer dashboard here.

When you’re in that Apps & Credentials section, and the correct mode is selected, you can copy the keys from the default application, create a new application with keys, etc.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
