From what I gather, an error about not having the correct permission appears while trying to connect the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, with your Facebook page.
How far are you able to proceed, while following the Getting Started guide, directly linked here?
In order to investigate further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.
