I have tried everything and I am still getting this message:

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I disabled all security and I still can’t activate my license.

did you just order the license code?
I have sent two emails to ask for the site name you need the license for.

You can ignore the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” issue, to upgrade, please follow the instructions that I have sent to you via email.
