Connect Google button not working

    Hi,

    I Install a plugin and find out my location on google map after that I copied ‘Place ID’ then pasted after that when I click on connect google button nothing to happened.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    To investigate this question, please send debug information from the page: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send it to us.

    Hi I’m having the same problem. Downloaded today, all popups etc are allowed… nothing.

    Oh bugger, the plugin doesn’t work for virtual services.

    Hi @zestyva,

    Yes, unfortunately. You need to add a physical address to your Google place. Some time ago Places API stopped working with virtual or service areas. It’s a limitation of Google, not us or the plugin. It will work only if you apply a physical address in your GMB dashboard for your Google business.
