    Hi there,

    I am trying to set up the plugin, but when I click “connect account” nothing happens, except this msg shows “Connecting. A new window will open with Mailchimp’s OAuth service. Please log-in and we will take care of the rest.”
    But no pop-up or login appears. I have tried this in several browsers with no luck.

    Hi @alittlewarped, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out.

    Typically, when there are problems with buttons not being responsive it’s related to a pop-up blocker that is running in your browser. Can you please check to make sure this is turned off for your site?

    If that doesn’t solve the issue, it could be a plugin or caching service getting in the way, e.g. Cloudflare. Do you have anything like that running on your WordPress install? If you don’t, that’s ok, we just wanted to check on that first. We can try to look at a few other things as well.

    Thanks for getting back to me @khungate – somehow the “connect account” button works now. Maybe it was a cache problem? Either way, I could log in and it’s syncing now. Not sure how long that is supposed to take, it’s been going for a few minutes and I have a tiny webshop. But fingers crossed it works 🙂

    Sync seems to be stuck on

    Not sure if this is useful but the last lines of the log say:

    Sync finished and all seems to work! I will close this thread, thanks for reading along 🙂
