Appears to have been resolved in v2.2.1
I have been getting this message for months now and it still pops up every 10 seconds. I have to deactivate the plugin when working or else the page refreshes! Very annoying. Can’t seem to find a understandable fix… my knowledge of code is very little. Thinking of taking this plugin off completely since it hasn’t been addressed in the last few updates.

Try deactivating, then reactivating.
If that doesn’t work, deactivate and delete, then reinstall.

I did try that (and tried it again today, since I had updated WP since the last time I tried), but it didn’t work.
I’m going to try deactivating other plugins to see if there are conflicts.
I got the same error ……………
