Confusing and not helpful

    While trying to use the plugin, I couldn’t select any custom post types, even though the plugin description says it’s possible. The interface is also very confusing — there’s no clear path or guidance. You basically have to click around and figure out what each button does by trial and error.

    Sorry to hear about the experience you’ve faced using our plugin. I have reviewed your problem statement and came to know that you’re trying to access pro plugin feature. Custom Post Type is not supported with free version, you can clearly review that in the plugin description as well.

    You can try pro version:https://store.creedally.com/product/bulk-featured-image-pro/ , you will find the setup instruction in the same page. If you need further assistance then feel free to contact us.
