Hello,
Congratulations for the excellent plug-in, but in my case (I do not know if it happens to everyone) when its active i cant edit the photos in the wordpress media library.
Once i turn the plug-in off everything turns to normal.
Gives the following error then i press the cut bottom:
Could not load the preview image. Please reload the page and try again.
—-
and some times then i press the “edit bottom” the image don’t appear in the edit page.

I have not a “cut” functionality in my media library (I have crop, rotate, etc.). Can you please provide me a screenshot with the button you click to do a “cut” ? Could you confirm me too you’re with WP 4.5.2 and plugin 2.7.3?

Thanks for the screenshots you sent me.
As far as I know, you’re the first one to have this issue. I will investigate it. To help me, could you just answer to these 2 questions:
– What is the version of Live Weather Station you’re using?
– When you encounter this issue, if you do a refresh of the page (CTRL+R or ⌘+R), is this fix the problem?

I’ve installed a fresh wordpress with same versions than you, installed all the plugins you cite and intensively used the site and the media library. Results: nothing… I’m totaly unable to reproduce your issue 🙁
Maybe could you just send me (by mail) the public url of your site, hoping to see something that I missed until now?

Its my first website and i do not know much of it. So perhaps i made some mistake in the installation or something else.

The bug is not from our plug-in because it appeared again even with the plugin disabled.
I have read and this error appears to some people, i´m seeing how to fix it.
