Conflict with other plugin after update

After the last update of Fast Velocity Minify my comments area can’t load anymore. I am using Disqus Conditional Load. Then I deactivated Fast Velocity Minify and the comments section loaded again. Before the update of Fast Velocity Minify the comments was working very well, so the problem is here, but I don’t know what code. I use the default configurations that comes with the plugin, so is the update that came with something different.
