    I really like your directory and I would love to use it on my site and purchase some upgrades. But I need to get it to work properly before I can do so.

    Your plugin when activated on my site, causes the dropdown menu to not work on mobile devices. It renders the visitor unable to navigate from one page to the next. Because when the navigation bar is clicked on the dropdown menu automatically folds back up. I have the plugin on my site but I had to deactivate it so that my mobile visitors can use my site.

    But to move forward with your directory I would need to know what to do to remove this bug with the plugin!

    We are very happy to know that you liked Directorist.
    Its probably a conflict with the theme. But, we can definitely help you fixing it. Can you somehow let us check activating both on a site (creating a subdomain or a site thats not live)? If the theme was a free one, we could create the environment ourself and give you solution.

    Can I privately give you the login details to my site and I will change it afterwards? That would be easier for me!

    I did send a message a week ago through the contact form I never got a response back. I can only have 5 websites on my server and all 5 sites have active websites on them. So I can’t meet your suggestion to park a copy of my site! The only option I have is to either activate the plugin and no one on mobile can use it and you can troubleshoot it that way. Or offer to give you guys access to the site and change if after your done. I don’t offer this to just anyone. But I need a directory to work on my site. So how can I be assured that someone will message me back? As I came here because no one ever answered the message I sent on the site contact form.
