Conflict with Gutenberg Blocks – Ultimate Addons plugin

    Hi, I use your plugin which I would like to use but I have discovered a conflict with another plugin which you may be interested to investigate. The other plugin is https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg/

    Basically, I use the other plugin for multiple page blocks. However, when the gallery plugin is actviated, then when I try to use ANY of the blocks from Gutenberg Blocks – Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg on a page then there is an error when trying to publish the page.

    The error on publishing the page is: “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”

    If I deactivate the gallery plugin then the page editing and publishing works fine.

    I raised a ticket with the other plugin provider and they will investigate a solution, but is this something you have encountered and resolved or could you investigate the problem?

    There does not appear to be any problems with the gallery plugin functionality when both plugins are activated.

    I am using Astra theme, latest version and can replicate the problem in a development environment.

    Could you do the following please: while editing a page either press F12 or right click somewhere and select “Inspect element” to bring up the developer tools. Reload the page, and then select the “Network” tab. Go about editing the page in a way that will cause it to break, and then go ahead and click “Save” — then back in the Network tab select the very last entry that was just created and go to its “Response” tab and copy / paste the results here?

    I know it’s a bit lengthy, sorry, but I’m not able to reproduce the problem locally so I don’t know what is the causing the problem for you in this instance.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me. I did a complete review of updates including a server restart and have tried to replicate the problem as you suggest but I am not longer able to replicate it. So it is looking ok at the moment but very strange I could replicate it before at will and now no longer an issue.

    I will come back to you if I have any further problems as I don’t want to waste your time.
