Unfortunately Gravity Forms has a habit of messing around with scripts that load on its pages. You’ll need to ask the authors of Gravity Forms to take a look.

I raise the request here because Query Monitor is not working with GF.
I think they will not engage because their plugin is working fine.
Can we tell them what is their mistake as a starting point ?
Take a look in the browser console for any JavaScript error messages, or errors from Query Monitor. There’s likely something relevant in there.
I can’t help any more than this. I’ve spent too much time in my career dealing with Gravity Forms not playing nicely with other plugins.
