• I’m running into a problem on any WordPress site where I have both Photonic and the Gravity Forms Gutenberg Add-On plugin active.

On those blogs, when I try to add an image content block in the editor I get the following error:

“This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”

I don’t get the buttons to select or upload a media object.

With one or the other plugin active, everything is good. But with both, the image block seems to be broken.

I’ll also report this on the Gravity Forms forum.

I am afraid I cannot help resolve a conflict with a paid plugin, more so with Gutenberg. If you can tell me what errors you are getting on your JavaScript console I can take a look, but that doesn’t always help either.

One thing I can do is to let you disable Photonic by post, but that may not be an ideal solution.

If you get any inputs from Gravity Forms (they can install Photonic free of cost) please pass it along.
