We discovered a conflict with Formidable Forms and had to deactivate and delete this plugin.

Thanks for letting us know. We have never used Formidable Forms, but will take a look.

We have tried to recreate the issue using the lite version, and we don’t see any problems. Are you using the lite or the pro version of the plugin?
