conflict with facebook plugin

I´m using the form and it stopped working after update and displayed just the code on the website. When I tried to turn on the plugin it gave fatal error connected with facebook..so tried to switch off my facebook plugins – seems that there is conflict with facebook album plugin by Matt Glaman.
So after i switched off facebook and switched on form, there was a mess on the page where form code was displayed – it was displaying all plugin information and the form was messed up, not responsive etc. however after deleting the code and resaving the page got it almost nice as it was before.. just some fields are changed and also email settings are reseted, so there is need to go through all settings. This is just to inform you about the issue..i´m not in need help for now 🙂
