Could be of interest to you.

I have a website built on Elementor and Elementor Header & Footer Builder.
Then Elementor did not save changes – error 400 was displayed. I tried every trick I could but error persisted.
Disabling Elementor Header & Footer Builder actually fixed the problem and now Elementor works as expected.

    Error logs message:

PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /autoinstalator/wordpress3/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1519) in /autoinstalator/wordpress3/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/common/modules/ajax/module.php on line 267

  • Hello Multidimentional,

I do the following steps to fix this type of issue. I hope it will help you too.

Step 1: Please make sure your all plugins are updated (Sometimes this issue come due to an outdated plugin)

Step 2: Please make sure you have not installed any other Header and Footer builder plugin. If you are using any other header and footer plugin too. Then it can conflict with the Elementor header and footer builder

Step 3: Deactive each plugin one by one to find the root cause plugin. In this way, you can find the plugin easily which is conflicting

Remember: Please always take a backup of your website before following the above steps.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hello @multidimentional

The above steps provided by @davidmayer0 are correct.

Also, try to delete the plugin and reinstall once. You can refer this article as well – https://ccbill.com/kb/cannot-modify-header-information-headers-already-sent-by

Please try the steps at your end and let us know how it goes.

    Hi @bsfrahul
I just updated Elementor to Version 3.5.5 and Elementor Head and footer to the latest Version 1.6.9 and since then my header is displayed completely out of synch and throughout the entire length of the page etc. The hamburger shows up on Safari and Chrome on my laptop and all the sub menus with grey background also displayed.
When I land first, sometimes it doesn’t do it immediately and after clicking a link or another page, then it’s all messed up.
Perhaps you can see here: coconatvilla.com/villa.
Do you know if it is compatible or not, or should I just deactivate and reactivate the plug-in or delete it and reinstall?
Will this header plug in be tested soon with the latest version of Elementor.

    Thanks for your advice.

    Hello @jazco,

Please create a new topic and ask your question there. Also, don’t forget to update the Elementor and “Header Footer & Blocks for Elementor” plugins.

Have a wonderful day ahead of you.
