Conflict with Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin

I’m using The Events Calendar on http://donarea.com/members/ The theme is a child theme of Twenty Twelve and I’ve used the theme checker plugin to make sure it’s ok.

I’m trying to also use Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin. Every time I install it and activate it I get this message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /usr/home/donareacoop/public_html/members/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1998

I’ve also changed to Twenty Thirteen, and gone through and disabled all plugins to identify which ones were conflicting.

I will also post on the AWPCP support forum but am posting here as well in case you have seen this before and have an answer.
