conflict Plugin Rank Math

I have been using Customizr and Rank Math for a year and have never had any problems. After a theme update, I started having SEO issues. Rank Math reports NaN / 100. I followed the instructions of the Rank Math team, activated another theme (Twenty-Twenty), deactivated the plugins and tested one at a time. There seems to be no problem with plugins. By activating the Twenty-Twenty theme in the SEO analysis I see both the SEO score and the keywords with their colours. At this point the RM team tells me that the problem is in the Customizr theme, can you help me? In the first image attached the visualization with the Customizr theme. The second with Twenty theme.

Thanks for reporting the problem with Rank Math.
I just installed the plugin and started to create a post but could not see the type of report displayed in your screenshot.
Where can I see the report like in your screenshot ? Do I need to activate a specific option in rank math ? Is this a report in post ?

Hello Nicolas.The report is also part of the plugin in the free version. Find all the information here:

In my case it is now not seen or seen as NaN / 100 due to an internal conflict with Customizr theme.

I keep testing Rank Math with Customizr and couldn’t spot any problem with content analysis.
Let me share some screenshots :

I did not notice any javascript error in the browser console either.
You seem to use the latest version of both WordPress and the theme. I don’t know where the problem could come from.
Maybe the @rankmath team could help us on this ?

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Start by keeping Rank Math & the Customizr theme active and test.

If everything works fine, then start activating each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit.

This is the preview of the articles SEO score. The green ones Rank Math worked fine. Yellow and red, Rank Math no longer worked.

SEO score in the right column of the last published article. No value appears.

The SEO score of article 16 September does not appear. But in the general preview, you see that the score is 85/100 green.

OK @sonil7 I’ll continue to explore the problem. For the moment I don’t know how to reproduce it : all Rank Math features work fine with Customizr theme…
