    It’s possible the other plugin has a javascript error and is preventing all other javascript from running. Could you post a link to the form?

    @webheadllc I had disabled this plugin, because my clientes couldnt fill the form, but i actived for u test and hope u find a solution for this.

    Ok, you can disable the plugin. this is the javascript error I see:
    Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#]

    I’m not sure where that is coming from though.

    If you could deactivate the other plugin and try the form with just this plugin, that would help determine which plugin this error is from.
